“This is a great hand massager and has really helped with tired, neuropathic hands. We purchased another one prior to this one with a roller and it was way too painful. This one has lots of settings that allow you to customize it to your comfort level and your personal needs. We are very satisfied with the compression and diversity of features in this product. Charging the unit is very easy - exactly like charging a cell phone. The battery lasts a good long while, enough for a generous day's worth of massages. We did have an issue with the unit many months later and the company quickly remediated the issue for us. We are very satisfied with both the product and the customer service and would absolutely recommend!”
“I got this for my parents as they both have arthritis and constant joint pain. The product was delivered without the acupuncture device as listed, and more importantly without the instructions. This was obviously used and returned and then resold as new. I charged the device and no matter what I did it would not work properly or compress the hand like it claims. What a shame. “As an aging professional guitarist I'm feeling the long-term impact of 35 years of repetitive movements. What's more is that I suffered a bad accident as a child that broke my left wrist/arm in several places, the effects of which have been a constant battle. Also it isn't very loud, which again is surprising for how much pressure it is capable of exerting. I hesitated too long and missed the window of time to return- but only because it didn't really provide the type of massage I was hoping for. The product absolutely worked as described. “I got this massager for relief of arthritis pain and I'm so glad I did! I use this massager once a day on each hand and can't imagine not having it now. It even comes with a finger massager which is good too, but with the arthritis in my fingers it can sometimes hurt.... but I do it anyway. I hesitated to purchase this because of the price, but it's been worth every penny! The only downside for me has been the heat portion. It doesn't seem to heat up much and somehow if I run the heat with each massage, it runs down the battery life, so I really don't use that feature much. Overall...good product, would buy again!”
“The device has been working great so far. I've felt my carpal tunnel relief after about the 4th use of this machine. After trying the modes, you will figure out which ones work best for your needs. This helps deal with carpal tunnel but you'll need to do other types of treatment as well. This Lunix device is a great and important part of the combination though.
