“The item is kind of warped. It doesn't roll nicely without a lot of pressure. The bumps are Smaller than I thought or pictured. I've used it for a week and it's still warped and doesn't roll well. It is passable for a light touch foot massage.”

“Doesn't work on hardwood floors, just slides around. Had to throw a towel on the floor and it was just too inconvenient. Should be made of softer gummy rubber than hard plastic or at least have rubber ends that grip. Bad design I think. Nice that it could be frozen, that did feel nice. But I only used it twice and now it's going to goodwill 😣”
“I got this product for help with what I thought was plantar fasciitis. Turns out, that's not the condition that was causing me pain. But I can say that this massage roller does what it says. You put it in the freezer, then take it out & roll it under your foot. The shape is nice for helping to get pressure in the right places. I haven't tried the heating feature, so I can't comment on that. But it is a quality product at a good price.”
