It's fairly compressible in the middle and hard on the outside edges,which works for my foot problems. Seems made out a tough, thick plastic with fluid inside. It helped me.”
“Doesn't work on hardwood floors, just slides around. Had to throw a towel on the floor and it was just too inconvenient. Should be made of softer gummy rubber than hard plastic or at least have rubber ends that grip. Bad design I think. Nice that it could be frozen, that did feel nice. But I only used it twice and now it's going to goodwill 😣”
