“This was purchased for plantares fasciitis pain. It works well enough and does the job. Seems to be built pretty solid. It may look as if it is soft in the pictures but it isn't. The outer material is like acrylic which is perfect for my application. I have tried chilling it and that went well. I have not tried heating it yet.”
