“We keep this in the freezer and use it often! The nibs on the roller are not so long that they'd hurt, and if you have sensitive feet, just wear socks during use. For our family, it's used after a long walk, or set on the floor under a desk while we work so we can do the roller massage with the cool relief. Doesn't take up a lot of room and isn't messy like an ice pack.”
“You can heat it up or freeze. Whichever you prefer. For me I froze mines for my injury/recovery needs... and it really came through in clutch. The frozen state lasted for awhile too.”
