“This is a great set at a very reasonable price. This was recommended by a trainer and I absolutely notice a difference when I use any of the massage balls, especially when I use them before going to bed. My feet, ankles and legs feel so much better and less achy! I haven't used the hot/cold therapy but it's definitely a bonus to have that as an option. I would definitely recommend this set!”
“First of all, I bought two similar items because I liked the three different massage ball options here but I had my doubts about the blue roller. It looked too squishy in the photo. On receiving it, I'm happy to say that I chose this set because the roller is NOT that squishy and provides a good amount of resistant as you roll. Nice set. Works well frozen. Haven't tried heating in hot (not boiling!) water yet.”
“On the other hand, it does amazing things for plantar fasciitis. I could probably get a similar result from a lacrosse ball, but this gives me several different textures. I am sure there are other products that do a similar job, but this has been a lifesaver.”
