“I have not used the heat feature but the vibration modes are great. I mostly use the constant mode.Since it runs on only 12V, it is very gentle which is apparently best for knees as well as feet.I removed the foot enclosure and found it hard to get the zipper started again. But I persevered and got it back on.”

The vibration massage still works all around, but the heater still doesn't work. Additionally, after a week of use, a weird solder-like smell came from the warmer.
