“Why is "Remote Control" one of the features to rate? There is no remote control on mine. The controls are on the heating unit itself, so that is not remote.I gave 3 stars because I think this product could have been designed a little better - mostly its need to turn the heat off after 30 minutes of use, and then having to wait before you can turn it back on again. I could understand it turning off if it sensed the temperature getting dangerous, but I want this to warm my feet all day long (or at least for several hours at a time).I don't use the 5-function vibration, so when I turn this on for heat, I have to cycle the vibration button 5 times to turn it off, and then click the heat button once to bring it to LOW.I really like the plush pocket for my feet, and that it elevates them a few inches.”
“I like this foot warmer but it did not come with a remote control. Have not used the vibrator part of it yet, just the heat. I would like to have the heat stay on longer so I wouldn't have to keep turning it on. Another thing I do not like about it, when you turn it on, both the heat and vibrator comes on and I have to cycle through all the vibrator settings to get them to turn off. I do love the heat, just have it stay on longer. I use it working at my desk because I have poor circulation in my feet and legs. It only stays on about 15 minutes and I have to keep turning it back on.”
“I bought a back massager for my daughter and her family. They liked it so well, I decided to buy one for myself, so I bought the back massager and the foot warmer/massager. I am glad I did. They both seem to be very well made. The foot warmer/massager has a zipper cover to put your feet into for warmth, but if it is not needed, you can unzip and remove it and just use the massager. This is nice. The back massager has a cover that drapes down over the back to use as a cushion to get a lighter massage, or you can flip the cover back to get a deeper massage. The motor is very quiet. A couple of things could be improved, the cord that goes to the foot massager is too short. The seat portion of the back massager is too small for me. I would like for it to be larger. It would be ok for a small person Over all, the good things outweigh the less convenient things, and I feel it deserves a 5 star rating.”
