“I purchase this snailax 3-in-1 foot warmer and back massager.After using for about a week.One night I decided to put my feet inside for a massage,instead I got an electric painful burning SHOCK on my right foot.Felt like a needle through my skin.Left me in pain for that night.When I looked at the massager,I saw glowing sparks through the fabric. I immediately turned it off by the remote and unplugged it.Waited for about a minute and plugged it back in and turned it back on from the remote.More flickering sparks from the right side of this massager.This massager could of caught on fire or I could of been electricuted.This massager should be on a RECALL.Still feeling frustrated and will never by another massager ever again!”

“I'll acknowledge that I may have gotten a busted machine- Snailax often makes very good products, and I like them a lot -but the one I received neither heated nor vibrated, so I returned it. For what it's worth, the material didn't seem fragile and I would suspect that it stores heat as well as the replacement, but I can't be sure because mine didn't work.The remote was shorter than the one on the massager I replaced it with, too. I'm not particularly tall, but I definitely would not have been able to place the remote on my lap.”
