“I am assuming we may have received something damaged, because there is no way for the good reviews on this product to exist if they received the same product in the same condition that we did.THE BAD PARTS-Barely accommodates a Woman's size 11Bottom looks old/discolored.Vibrations are erratic, and stop completely if you rest your feet down too hard. (regardless of setting).On hottest setting it is barely warm (waiting doesn't make it get warmer).There were little brown and black things stuck in the fabric under the removable part... I kept worrying they are bugs (don't know what they are... we packed it right up for return after trying it out as it was scary)THE WORST PART-There is barely any padding between your feet and the vibrating/heating device. so it feels like you are resting your feet on two narrow pipes (that go the length of your feet), and there there is a very hard and nearly sharp horizontal hard thing that feels to go 'around' the middle of the "pipes", and this hard part ends up poking you in your arch the whole time. Your feet slip off of the pipes inward or outward, leaving your foot on awkward and non-relaxing positions. The vibrating stops/starts/acts wonky, and the horizontal bar is just painful to balance on. It is unfathomable that this could ever be a pleasant feeling.this product is being returned immediately.”
