“The vibration on this product is very light, but the heat is excellent. There are 2 heat settings and my feet would get very toasty. The inside is very soft, but I only used this with socks. There isn't a remote, you have to bend over to turn on and then adjust the vibration mode and heat mode. The only difference with the vibration was pulsing long and short, there's no light or hard vibration modes. I didn't use the back massage function, only wanted relieve for my feet. Unfortunately, I'm returning it, as I need a stronger vibration.”
