“Love the product, but the cord that the remote is on is extremely short. Only goes up to my knees...you have to bend over to use. Since it is under my desk, the remote has to lay on the floor. Worried I may step on it. Also, two of the vibration modes feel exactly the same to me. The vibrations are pretty loud, so I am unable to use while I am working.”
