“I bought this based on the wonderful reviews, but I have no idea what these people are talking about. Maybe I got a defective product, but this thing did not do what I thought it would. All it does is vibrate so loudly my downstairs neighbor can hear it. It doesn't feel good. It also doesn't heat well. Is it warm? Yes, but a blanket would be just as warm. It's not like an electric blanket heat, but more like I put on socks. I don't need a pair of $40 socks that barely tickle my feet. No thanks.”

“Product is lightweight with lots of space for feet. Love the 2 heat settings. The high heat setting is perfect. Also love the 3 different massage vibration settings and having 3 intensity levels to choose from. My preference is the medium intensity setting. This is a great product with lots of options and it helps tremendously my aching feet. Regarding the controller, I do wish the controller cord was 1-2 feet longer.Highly recommended product at a great price.”
“The vibrations are kind of loud, but are pretty good at 'numbing' pain in the foot or ankle. I have noticed that extended use can cause stiffness in my legs though, since you need to hold your feet in the right spots, which means locking your legs at the right angle.The heat is what I really wanted though, and this fell very short of my expectations. The heating elements are not evenly spread out, so you get some spots that are hot, while others are cold. Additionally, the foot box is way too tall. There is at least an inch of open space over the top of your feet, so cold air from the room circulates freely. I've stuffed the box with a small blanket to go over my feet and fill the empty space, and that does help, but I feel like some better design choices could have been made.And finally, the remote control cord is so very short. I have to bend down to pick it up off the floor in order to change settings. Cardinal sin of accesibility! Not everyone has that range of motion, especially if they are dealing with joint issues that might lead them to a foot massager like this.”
