“The product is good overall, but I take 1 star off because it stops after 30min and you have to restart, which is annoying. I also don�t see remote control anywhere. But it�s very comfortable - my feet gets warm. Though there�s a trick - if you put some stuff like clothes you want to throw away into it to make the texture thicker it will feel much better. The trick will make it warm for the whole feet, not just the bottom part.”

Got it beginning of January and as of February 9th the left side quit working and right side barely vibrates. I contacted TRAKK initially before noticing the 2 year warranty card in packaging. Emailed them and received a timely response. They apologized and offered a replacement but haven't heard from them since I sent them my mailing address. I truly hope they come through as I did quite enjoy the product after a long day.”

“The vibration massage is great for the feet after a day of walking, and you can zip off the top section to use it as a back massager. The heat option is selectable which is nice as sometimes you only want the massage function and don't need heat as well. All in all seems to be a good quality product.”
“The foot warmer/massager was a nice size, comfortable, and easy to use; however, the heater was almost non-existent. I had to remove my feet and place my hands on the bottom to see if there was actually any heat at all - and it was mimimal to say the least. I don't know if the one I received was deceptive or if the heaters in these just heat to room temperature. Nonetheless, my main reason for purchasing was the heat as I have extremely cold toes. The reason for return was - no heat.”
