“I liked what the concept claimed to achieve, however it doesn't do it. My feet would be warmer with a modestly thick pair of socks. A sock would warm both the top and sole of my foot. The snailax only warms the sole, leaving the top of the foot cold. The massage option is so gentle it really achieves nothing.”
“ordered and received seemless delivery. Opened up plugged it in and it sounds like it was dying. Returned the first one.Received second one and same thing. Have to put it on the highest setting to feel any vibration but it's not consistent. It goes high and then low and then high and back to low.On the lower settings it just stops and turns offThis happened with BOTH items.I will be returning AGAIN”
“I really like the heat feature because my feet is always cold. I dont use the massage as much as I thought bc I live on a second floor and I am worried it bothers the people underneath me since the massager is pretty potent. The only thing I dislike is how it turns off after 30 minutes by itself and I have to open it up again. Overall great product.”
“Pros:- I had a foot warmer that was just a pad with no covering. On cold days in my house in Northern Vermont, the tops of my feet would be cold. The covering on this warmer keeps my feet warm all around- The massage is just right, not too intense.Cons:- The heater turns off with a timer after about 30 minutes.- The remote cord is WAY too short. If it was just 3 feet longer, I could keep it on the surface of my desk.Put the timer and the short cord problems together, and it means every 30 minutes you had to reach under the desk to turn the heat back on. INFURIATING- Just from a comfort standpoint, for me personally, keeping my feet that close together while sitting is not comfortable. Probably the CAN prime minister could pull it off easily, but for men it is uncomfortable to keep feet that close together while sitting. My 3 stars is mainly for the remote cord length and the timer. I did not factor the comfort problem into my rating, because that is personal to me (and other men), but not a fault of the product.”
