“My husband has neuropathic pain in his feet and a bad back. He says it works well to help relieve some of the pain. He seems to be pleased. However, the control cord is way too short. Due to rods in his back, he can�t bend over very far, so he has to have the massager in his lap, turn it on then drop it on the floor and put his feet in it. That is the reason for the lower score.”
“It's winter here and this really worked to warm my feet after being outside for a while. The vibration is also very comforting. I do wish the cord were a little longer. “I love that this has the option to be on either warm, massage, or both. I work from home and the carpeted basement floor still allows the cold to crawl up my legs even with thick sole slippers on. This has solved that problem! the automatic shutoff after 30 minutes is perfect too! As my feet start to get too warm, it shuts off and the right amount of warm lingers! There are 2 settings for heat. I usually use the lowest setting and feel very comfortable. No burning sensation like other foot warmers that I've tried. This warmer is incredible lightweight too so I can easily readjust my sitting position and move the warmer with my feet.”

“That the insert for the feet was detachable from the base just in case you want the feet to be out while getting massage. And also, my husband does not like heat o feet, so glad it was optional feature also! This product did not come with a remote, but would have been a nice addition! That is the only reason I rated low on remote because it didn't come with one.”
