“Ok this is actually one of the best products I buy on TRAKK!! Shipping was fast! Packed with care.I love the scarf it heats up so good on the neck! I did not imagine it is going to give this much of heat level that I wanted, as I tried similar products in the past but does not work like this.”
“After struggling with a regular corded electric heating pad to use on my neck at night -- folding it in half and trying to keep the cord out of my way, I searched for something better.I am very happy with this Akaso heating pad/scarf. It is made with soft, comfortable material, perfectly sized for my neck. Also there is a 'slot' of material on the back (see picture) to pull the back end through. This holds the pad on your neck effectively but gently so there is no chance of it becoming too tight around your neck, nor falling off.The power bank seems to be good quality, yet small and light enough to not be burdensome. I can use the pad about four times before having to recharge it. It is easy to charge and takes about 3 1/2 hours to charge from depleted.I like the three heat settings and the ease of changing them (High - red, Medium - white, Low - blue). The heating area is a generous section of the scarf at the back of your neck.I searched far and wide for a cordless heating pad for the neck area only, that was affordable, but quality. This is it. Living in south Texas, the climate doesn't warrant winter clothing, but I can easily see this pad being used outdoors as a neck scarf/warmer in the colder winters.Akaso customer service reached out to me after my purchase to ensure I had received the product and was satisfied with it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.”
“First of all, this product comes in an attractive package so would suitable as a gift. It was already charged up so was ready to try out right out of the box. It's more practical than a conventional heating pad because it's wireless and focuses the heat on a specific area. The first field test was at my Grandson's soccer game. I take pictures at the game and the temperatures were in the low 40's. The neck warmer worked great, helping to take my mind off the cold and wind. I use the lowest setting because it provides just enough warmth for me. I forgot that it automatically shuts off after 45 minutes so I thought the battery had ran out of juice, but I was wrong. The next game had temps in the 30's and this time i remembered to turn the neck warmer back on after 45 minutes. It lasted the entire game and still had a good charge left.My other application was to use it with my astronomical observing on cold, winter nights. It's a welcome additional tool to help keep warm. It can used in the field since it can be recharged like a cell phone. Finally the neck warmer can be used for a stiff neck after spending too much time on the computer.”
“I got this for my mom for Christmas since she has severe neck pain and trigeminal neuralgia. I thought this would be a great option for both traveling and so she wouldn't be tethered to a heating pad around the house. I'm so glad I bought it, because she loves it! She's able to get some pain relief and still be up and mobile, and she can even take it to work. I would recommend it to anyone who's sick of being stuck in one place with a traditional heating pad!”
“Very lightweight however I decided to return for two reasons. 1. The battery compartment is too bulky and drags the scarf down. This causes the heat to be unevenly distributed. 2. This infrared heat made my neck very itchy. Might just be my sensitive skin. I'll be sticking with the old fashioned moist heat wraps.”
“This is the best heating scarf if you have neck issues (stiffness, pain). It heats quickly, no cords and the battery pack lasts a good amount of time. I can only put it on medium, which is pretty hot - high is much too hot for me. It is lightweight, which is exactly what I needed. Some days my neck is in so much pain, anything heavy (such as the gel neck microwavable ones) are too much and the heft adds to my pain. So this scarf being so lightweight is a great find for me!I have only had it a week and have used it multiple times (only one charge so far). I'm not sure about the longevity, but hopefully it lasts a long time! I'm buying another as a spare! One thing. The slot to put the battery pack in is not too big, so getting it in the first time was bit of trial and error for me. When I charged it, I left it in the slot, moved it to expose the charging port and then once charged, it was easy to place it and zip pouch.”
“This heated scarf is amazing! I never knew I needed one until I decided to get this scarf. The length is perfect, not too long and not too short (you can even slip one end into the other to secure it on your neck). It's very light weight and the heat is just right. There's only one temperature and only one temperature you need so it makes it way to use. All you have to do it turn it on and off! My favorite part is the little pouch, where the battery is, is where I hide my usb scarf charger.”
