TRAKK Heating Neck Wrap Pillow Reviews

4.4 Rating 90 Reviews
I love that this item is cordless and versatile --not bulky or uncomfortable to use. I have used it for 4 days and received at a great time as I have had an achy neck from sleeping wrong. Very easy to use and the different temperature gradients are wonderful and easy to adjust by just pushing the black button (red-hot, white-med., blue-warm). I also like that it turns off automatically after 45 min.-- just in case you fall asleep. I have not been able to determine exactly how long the battery pack lasts yet, but I know it is several hours and seems to be sufficient. I would recommend this product.

The first thing I noticed is the packaging. The heating pad comes in a teal green box that is inside a cute matching teal bag. It's very nice for a gift to someone. I originally bought it for my boyfriend but actually wanted it for myself and have now claimed it! I wasn't sure how often I would use this but it is used every night. When I am watching TV, I wrap this around my neck and "melt" into the couch. It not only warms my neck but my entire body heats up. It has a button on the front that you push to turn on the heat. When it is red, it is heating. When the light turns blue, it needs recharged. Don't hesitate buying it. For yourself or a gift. We use it everyday!

The packaging was wonderful-looks great for gift giving! The instructions aren't the best, took a little bit to figure it out. The battery pack charges quickly and stores inside the zipper pouch (not the powerbank pocket the instructions suggest). The scarf tucks through a loop (what the instructions call the powerbank pocket) helping it to stay put. It's extremely soft and comfortable, I used it before bed and it helped to relax my neck and I do sleep better. I have a little arthritis in my neck and sometimes don't sleep well, this helps a lot! In the morning I'll put it on again while I get my coffee and pick things up a bit, it stays put around my neck as I move about. I seem to have a lot more mobility since I started using it. You wont be disappointed if you get this.

This heats up very quick (you can feel the heat in about 15-30 seconds). Stays warm for quite a while. The removable, rechargeable battery pack is very nice, and can be used as a portable phone charger during the summer months when we don't need the heat.

Great! Great heat. It does help for a painful neck. If you need to get up and go, it can help free you from a wired heat pad. Also, I didn't realize how much of our comfort in the cold weather depends on our neck area. You can almost leave the jacket off in frigid temps just by keeping your neck super warm. Battery lasts a reasonable time. A little pricey but well worth the money. Now I will save to buy more battery heated products.

I really wanted to like this product. I have chronic pain and stiffness in my neck and was using this every night for several days. It felt great on my neck and I thought it might be nice to wear when out in the cold. I really liked that it was portable as I could walk around the house with this warming my neck. Also the battery life was good for what I was using it for. After about 4 days of use I was sitting at my computer with it on and started to smell a electrical burning sound, walked all around the house looking for the smell before I realized it was falling me around. The scarf had shorted out and burnt a hole in the scarf.I'd return this, but it was sent to me for the purpose of reviewing. Great company, I have other products of theirs, but I'd pass on this one.UPDATE: 1/14/21AKASO has sent me a replacement. They have a great customer service team. I'll give this new one a week or so and then update again to see if I have any issues. It may be that I just like the heat on very high for a good long time. Depending on how your using this it wouldn't be an issue at all. Also I wanted to add that the product comes packaged very nicely and would make a great gift.Update 1/24/21I haven't had any issues with the replacement and I've been using it regularly. I would guess that either I received a defective unit, or my children were a bit hard on it. Use care when putting it away I think if it gets twisted that could cause the issue that I saw. I've decided to change the rating on the review as I haven't had any more issues and the customer service has been taken care of the issue.

The Scarf heated up very quickly after pressing the power button. Very light and comfortable. I like that the powerpack is not permanently attached to the scarf, which allow you to have the option of switching to other bigger or smaller packs and that the usb connection allows for charging other devices like phones. I like the mobility it allows that a corded device doesn't have. I had a similar device that was heavy, didn't run very long, and barely got warm enough to notice. I definitely recommend this one over that product. It came in such a nice gift box that I didn't even have to wrap it.

So for a good price, I feel like this scarf heater does what it's supposed to. I have a sore neck at times from an old injury, so this really helps me loosen my neck out. It's comfortable and it stays on really well. The main draw is that it's battery operated, so I have taken this out on drives for example. The only quibble I have is that the instructions are not very user friendly. Luckily there aren't too many pieces, but I will say that to connect the battery to the scarf, there are multiple ports in the battery. And the connection from the power cord to the battery wasn't a seamless clicky-type feel when I plugged it in - it had me wondering if I was plugging it in correctly, and on this I couldn't really tell from the instructions.Luckily I figured it out and it works great! Recommend!
