“This scarf was bought for me as a gift by my fianc� who knows I'm always cold. It's the best heated scarf I've ever owned! It's warm, soft, comfy and the battery pack is easily removable for washing. The only feedback I would give is the battery lasts about 12 hours. But it's also compatible with other external battery packs!! All around great product.”
“My husband got rear-ended a few years ago and has head neck pain ever since. He's had physical therapy and that has helped, but he can't really take the pain pills because they knock him out and he has to work. We've tried a few different things but they are either too cumbersome or just don't work very well. This one seems to apply the right amount of heat in the right spot and he can use it while he drives. The charging unit is really useful too. He gets a lot of use out of this. “This is a great heating pad. I have had a cervical fusion and have lived with neck pain for most of my life. Unlike conventional heating pads this one fits perfectly around my neck and delivers the warmth exactly in the right spot. And it progressively lessens the heat somewhat after it is on for a while, so it never gets too hot. The only drawback I have found is that the battery had to be charged up again after using it for several hours. But the convenience of how comfortable it is pretty much discounts that issue. I highly recommend it, especially if you suffer from neck pain of any kind.”
“I have a neck problem and i been looking for something that can help with the pain I've used it only once so far but the size is convenient to target my neck pain. I am not comfortable with things all the way around my neck, so I had the heating pad on a pillow and lay my neck on it. I felt less pain after the first use. Much better to use than a larger standard rectangle heating pad. If I pushed the pillow up into my neck a little, the heat seemed to increase. Length of the cord is long enough to plug in the wall and stretch to the couch. Quality is very good. Not scratchy or stiff. Very comfortable.”
“Nice neck heating pad. This pad fits nicely around my neck. It does get really hot so I haven't used it on the hottest setting. I was totally surprised at how long you can use the heating pad before recharging tje battery pack. And I really like that the battery pack can be used for my phone if I don't have time to charge my phone. I have been using this pad nearly every evening for several months and so far I haven't had any problem.”
“This is great for a portable heating device. It's lightweight which I like because it doesn't weigh on my neck. If you want to use it as therapeutic hearing for the neck, I would say it's best for that only on the highest heat. The medium and low heads more for keeping warm around the house, going outdoors, or even falling asleep.The battery pack seems to hold a good charge. I like that the battery can also be used to charge a mobile device through a usb cord if needed.It stays on well because there's a loop on the back side you hook the other side into. So, walking around it doesn't shift and stays pretty securely on the neck. Would recommend.”

You do have 3 different temperature settings high, medium, and low. It comes with a portable USB power bank that gets plugged into the side. It is very light, so it is not much weight on your neck. It is very comfortable to wear, and the texture is soft.”
