TRAKK Heating Neck Wrap Pillow Reviews

4.4 Rating 90 Reviews
Bought this for my daughter-in-law who has chronic neck pain. My son said “I hit it out of th park'. She can wear it at work and it is not bulky. Lightweight and looks like a piece of apparel instead of a heating pad. Long lasting charge. I have since bought one for myself and one for my daughter.

What a great find. Stumbled across this one night and bought it. It turned out to be fantastic. Not only is it cordless (running off usb pack) it gets pretty hot and lasts for hours. It has three heat settings, red is high, white is medium and blue is low. If you just turn it on it flashes red, stays on high for 5 minutes and then switches to medium. Which is great throw on in the mornings as a heated scarf. If you change the heat setting to any of the three levels it will hold that setting indefinitely. The twin usb battery bank it comes with is 5000mAh and is light and slim. Overall this was a great find and I can honestly recommend.

I liked it very much. It is very comfortable and warm enough for me. It is also lightweight and soft to carry and ware anywhere I go. The battery bank is powerful. It has high, mid and low settings for heat levels. I have shoulder pain when I walk outdoors in winter. With this heating pad my shoulder pain is gone. The first time I use it I started it with high setting for about 5 minutes then felt very hot so I set to middle for 5 minutes then I changed to low. It kept warm until 45 minutes it automatically turned off. I think this is very smart design and safe to use. I only received this product today and when I try the first time I did not have time to wait for the battery bank change to full. With only about around 80% of battery, after 45 minutes of using it there were still 50% of power left. This really is a good product. I will definitely recommend to anyone. Plus the package is also very nice with style.

This heating pad is the perfect solution for neck pain relief while on-the-go. I already have a nice, big heating pad, but it is bulky and the wires are ridiculously big. Having the this scarf heating pad is very convenient because it is rechargeable and wireless...I can relieve my neck pain on-the-go! Plus, the battery pack can double as a phone charger in a pinch. Another bonus is it keeps me warm and is easy to tuck under my coat. It is very soft and does not weigh very much. Maybe someday they will have new colors and materials for a more fashion-forward accessory to wear out-and-about. Even though it is grey, I still love it and my neck feels a lot better! Highly recommended

I purchased this for neck pain. I love that I'm able to be free of an electrical cord which means pain relief is mobile. The sleek pocket for the battery is very convenient and hidden by a discreet zipper. It can be worn as a scarf for warmth and goes anywhere. No more freezing walk to the car!! The material is very soft on my skin. You can easily adjust the scarf to target pain with the heating element. It also tucks into itself to stay fastened. I'll be buying more as gifts. Everyone should have one!

It took us forever to figure out how to get it to turn on even with an instruction book because the instructions are not clear. It also takes forever to charge (I'm talking several HOURS). It does not get very hot at all.*edited to add: the company contacted me and offered a partial refund or a replacement. I figured a replacement would just be the same product and still not get very hot. I opted for a partial refund. The next day I got an email saying I had received a full refund, BUT they wanted me to remove my review. They did not mention removing my review until AFTER I got the refund. So, NO, I am not removing my review but I will ADD: maybe it gets hot enough for other people. I bought it for my husband and he likes a LOT of heat on his sore neck. So basically, it might be hot enough for you. Just wasn't right for us.

My husband purchased this as a gift for me. Unfortunately, it was not at all what I hoped it would be. If you are looking for consistent moist heat for muscle soreness and post cervical surgery issues, this isn't it. There are a few pros like it's super soft, very light weight, and cordless. However, the battery pack on the end is heavy and weighs down one end and it constantly pulls towards the battery pack side causing the dampened paper towel/cloth to slip off off. If you are not looking for moist heat and intend to sit and hold it on your neck, then this would be ideal. Personal preference and depending on your need of moist vs dry heat.
