TRAKK Heating Neck Wrap Pillow Reviews

4.4 Rating 90 Reviews
So far I am happy with the purchase, it works as described and is very easy to use. The scarf part is really comfy and warm, even without the heating element on. Since it is a slide on it can be as tight or loose fitting as you want. Though our preferred position is to just hang it over our shoulders. It does get hot if you have it on direct skin, but with a tee shirt between it never gets too hot. The main selling point was the battery pack and heat level options.I will add to the review after we take it on a Chicago winter adventure or two (if you live in the Midwest, you know what I mean!). I got this primarily to help my girlfriend keep a little warmer during outdoor activities. An unintended use my girlfriend has found for it is to lay it across her gut when she has cramps. This works better than the microwaveable heating pad we have been using and can be powered by any of the USB battery packs we have so it is always ready to go.Pro:- Uses a removable USB power bank, which could be replaced with another fully charged one.- Very comfortable, I was surprised by how soft it was.- Packaging was really nice, I was not expecting the packaging to look this good!Cons:- Heating element is only about 8 inches long (see last photo).- It gets warm, but not hot.Things I wish it did:- Warmed in a larger area.- Was able to attach or loop around the waist. Would make it useable in more positions, like the back or sides.

This heating neck pad has been wonderful! I absolutely would buy this again if I ever lost it. It is lightweight and allows me full movement around my house while wearing it. I love that I am not tied down with a cord like my other heating pads. The heat is concentrated on the back of the neck, but I just turn the scarf to the side to heat up the sides of my neck. I love that it attaches securely and I don't have to worry about it falling off. I take this in the car with me for my drive and it helps with my anxiety. My husband keeps the house very cold too, so having this around my neck helps me to feel more comfortable on those cold days. I love that the battery pack is rechargeable and I keep the charging cord in the zipper with the battery pack, so I never have to go looking for it. I am going to get this for my mom as a gift, since I love it so much! Definitely recommend!!!

I enjoy using this heating pad at the end of the day when I unwind with a cup of hot tea. Easy to adjust the heat settings and product is not bulky or uncomfortable. It's like a warm scarf with the benefit of adjustable hear! I have only used it indoors but I plan to use it when I'm outside on cold windy days. This makes a great gift of comfort!

The packaging on this product was surprising really nice. It came in a nice box with gold rope handles. It presented nice and would be a good gift. This heated scarf is very warm. I've been using it on the lowest setting and it's warm enough. I can't imagine using the high unless I'm outside in negative temperatures. The battery lasts about 3 times using it the full 45 mins on the low or medium setting. Its only heated in the middle part that goes around your neck and not the long part that hangs down. It has a brushed Jersey feel to it and not too long of length. The only thing I didn't love is the pouch the battery goes into was a little snug and I'm always afraid I'm going to rip it trying to get it inside. I wish it was a little longer. But being so snug it doesn't move around at all so you won't be bothered with that when you walk around. It very easy to use. The light is very bright it was almost like a little flashlight at night so I would tuck it inside the coat. I do really like the inside cuff to keep the scarf all together and it won't come undone on you. All in all a good product for a good price. I was really not expecting that amount of heat from it.

The first thing I noticed when I opened the TRAKK box was just how beautiful the packaging is. It's definitely something that would make a great gift as it's pretty much already presented that way.Once opened up, there are two main items. The scarf and the power bank. The power bank included is pretty much your standard power bank which is nice because you could theoretically use it to charge other devices as well. On the flip side, I would imagine that if something happened to the power bank, you could get another one to slip into the scarf without having to buy the scarf too.Once I got it all together and powered on, this thing feels great! I like how you can wrap it around your neck and through the loop allowing you to move around easily without having to worry about it falling off. The material the scarf is made from is very soft and warming almost on its own.As for battery life, I can't really comment as I've worn it for a few hours and it's still going. The instructions could use a little work. I had no issues with it as a millennial but could potentially seem some older folks having trouble. The instructions only explain how to use the scarf and leave out how to prepare to use it (how to charge the battery pack, for how long, how to connect it to the scarf, etc). I also found that the diagram inside the instructions booklet was confusing as it it labeled the power bank pocket and zippered pocket separately when they are the same thing.I only wish I had this when I lived in Minnesota. Brrr!!!

The product stopped working right after the return date. They did agree to send me a new one and the new one works better.

I purchased this to use at work. With 3 slipped discs in my neck, it's tough to find any form of relief, especially while sitting at a desk all day at work staring at two monitors. This heated scarf doesn't take the pain completely away of course, however it does provide some relief and makes my work day a heck of a lot less painful! I just take the charging bank out and plug it in to my PC and allow it to charge over night (not that it takes that long to charge). Definitely worth the money and it's so convenient since it's cordless!

I am about 50/50 on this product. Here are my reasons why... the packaging was beautiful! It came in a box inside a gift sack. Kinda reminded me of a box from Tiffany's. comes with a universal charging port. It can be used for multiple items not just the heating pad.- charging port didn't really have clear instructions. It didn't say how long it needs to charge before ready, I need those kind of instructions. heating pad came with instructions the material is sooo soft, feels like a soft out of the dryer blanket- got warm then hot but not as quickly as a generic heating pad. Not too hot that you have to remove it and take a break.- didn't feel like a heating pad for pain; it was more like a heated scarf for winter time.- when that time is up, it is up! No warning just bam not hot anymore.- have to remember to turn the charging port off to save the remaining battery comfortable and easy to use. present idea for maybe a coworker that complains about being cold in the officeAs you can read 50/50. Not the worse product out there and I will use it again when it is snowing outside or at a football game! Just not for neck pain.
