“I had a heating pad. that was narrow so that I could use it on my neck, but it died. Since then, I've tried and bought others which just didn't work. I found this one after a lengthy search both online and in stores. I was hesitant about the fact that it didn't have a cord but discovered that really is an advantage. The "traditional heating pad's" cord was always in the way of whatever else I was doing. This charge-it-and-use-it model solves an issue I wasn't even trying to solve. The neck pain hasn't gone away, but I don't expect it to do that; it does, however, relief it when I use it. It is truly easy to use effective, and comfortable.”

It comes with a heavy duty electric pack which does have to be charged often and long, so I suggest if you need this a lot, get two elements, however, it works on the neck like nothing else I've ever tried. my muscle spasms are legendary... can last up to 3 months due to an auto immune disorder. I can't live with out this.”
“This scarf is wonderful. I didn't buy it specifically for pain but more for warmth so I gave it a middle star rating. I must say it gets warm enough that I'm sure it will help for soreness or stiffness. It heats up quickly, the power bank is easy to charge and attached to the scarf. I would like to see the manufacture add more to the warming element to cover more area and also a larger scarf for men as this size is more for a women.”
“I carry a lot of my stress in my upper back and in my neck. I was looking for a good way to relax - even when I didn't have a microwave handy to heat up a wrap. This works perfectly! The battery pack charges quickly and lasts through a few warming cycles. It's nice not to be tied down my power cords like most heating pads. It also packs well so its easy to throw in a bag for trips! The wrap gets plenty warm enough to relax my muscles. Great find.”
“This helps my pain relief for sure. It takes a bit to adjust the scarf. It has hot spots on it where its super hot which can be uncomfortable. You just have to slide the scarf around to get to where its warm enough but not burning. I love the portable charger it comes with so if I'm running errands I can simply put the scarf on and get some heat relief instead of having to use smelly roll on meds which aren't exactly great for public use. Material is very soft.”
“Update: This is NOT far infrared technology as the description states, so while it is a nice heating pad, I'm giving it one star for false advertising.Old review: It does what it says it does. Comfortable warm, soft, easy to use. The added benefit of the power bank's ability to charge other devices is a plus.”
