“This arrived on time and is absolutely fantastic. I wore it all day yesterday! I bought one for a friend for Christmas and she loved hers so much that I turned around and bought one for myself. Beautiful presentation and packaging!!! This is great for anyone on the computer all day with neck/shoulder tension and also perfect for people in cold climates (also acts as a heated scarf). I live in Florida so I bought this as more of a heating pad for tension. Would definitely recommend this product!!!”

“My wife loves this warmer. It heats up instantly and the included battery bank provides hours of use. I've admittedly borrowed it once or twice already to work outside. You don't feel the weight of the battery because of the placement inside the scarf..If I had to suggest an improvement I would add some length to the material. Some people who don't like things cinched around their neck might need to get used to this. Definitely not a deal breaker.”
“I gave this to my mother as a gift and she really likes it. It is nice and thick which provides a lot of warmth. It took her a few minutes to figure out how to make it work but once we FaceTimed she had it up and going in no time. She felt like it was a little bulky on her neck to wear outside but was great for wearing indoors especially to treat sore muscles. I love purchasing from AKASO because their customer service is fantastic!”
“This is a revised review. We had some problems understanding how to charge and otherwise operate the pad/scarf. Once we figured it all out it works great! Like warm scarf, it wraps right around the neck and really helps with pain there. Plus the customer service was outstanding! They contacted me and offered to send a replacement or provide refund due to the initial poor review I gave the product. Very rare a company takes this sort of initiative and I'd surely buy other things from them if the opportunity arises. Thank you so much but I love the product now.”
“First of all, the overall unboxing experience is so fun! The scarf is packed in a premium, gift-giving, blue bag. No need to wrap! It already feels more expensive than it actually was!When you open up the scarf, it's really nicely packed and it's simple to figure out how to put it together. A single snap of the battery and you are ready to use. My battery had a good charge so I was able to use it right away.The scarf is soft, comfortable, lightweight, and most of all, warm. There are three levels of heat. I have thin skin so I found the level with the highest amount of heat to be too hot for my neck. Outside, I use the mid-level heat setting and it kept me toasty! Inside, the low level heat is perfect.I made the mistake of letting my husband and son try out the scarf and now I have to share with both of them 🙄. Next year, I'll be getting one for everyone so maybe I can have mine back full time!”
