TRAKK Heating Neck Wrap Pillow Reviews

First off, the packaging of the product is so cute and comes with a matching bag which can be given as a gift as it. As for the scarf, I love it. The battery pack came 75% charged already so I was able to test it out right away. Once you turn on the power it takes about a minute to warm up to the highest setting which feels soooo good on your neck, esp if you're experiencing any type of pain or discomfort. It's very easy to change the temperature settings and also has a cute, slim box for easy storage. Would def recommend.

My daughter endured 2 major surgeries in her right shoulder, the result of rowing competitively in her teens. She now sports, pun intended, anchors both front and back. In spite of months of post op physical therapy and injections for pain both times, her discomfort continues even now, some 6 years later. We often see her wearing this soft, comfortable to wear around the house, heated warmer wrapped around her shoulder and neck. It's oftentimes the only relief she gets.

I thought this would be amazing for my neck pain and migraines, it's a great idea. But sadly this product wasn't up to par. I thought most of it would heat up, but the actually heating pad is a tiny square. Plus the square is not centered so you have to awkwardly angle it to get it to hit the spot. I could barely feel much heat at all, it was like wearing a normal thin scarf. Very disappointed, returned right away. My $20 heating pad from walgreens may be basic and doesn't heat the go, but atleat it actually works. 1/2 star

Comfortable Soft and Warm a very nice gift for someone who always saids they're cold, I do wish the heat pad was a little longer for multiple uses but it's as described and i like that the power bank has 2 ports and light indicators to know when its fully charged, it's long and you can charge a phone as well.

What a nice gift to give to someone. My wife is often cold and looks for ways to keep warm. The Akaso heated scarf is a nice way to keep warm on the couch at home, or maybe on the go somewhere. It was apparent upon receipt that this scarf was made nicely as they have taken great care in its packaging. It comes in a very nice gift box that displays their product very well. The scarf is made of a very soft fabric that won't “pill' or cause irritation and is sized nicely for an adult. There is a small zippered pouch at one end that holds a 5000mAh lithium power pack. The power pack comes with a short charging cable....no power plug charger is provided. Just use one of your phone charger plug-ins to charge it up. I used a normal phone charger to charge the power pack. The power pack has indicator lights on it to show you how much of a charge is on the pack. It also has 2 normal USB outlets on the pack for you to plug devices into. You can plug the scarf into one port and a phone in the other to recharge your phone! The scarf has an on/off button on the surface of it outside the place where the battery is inserted. You press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn the scarf heater on. Single presses after this will set the different temperature modes on the scarf. The button will glow a different color for each setting. The scarf only has the heated area in the middle section of the it and not all the way to the ends. Draping the scarf around your neck will make sure to heat the back part of your neck. The rest of the scarf provides nice insulation to keep you warm. I removed the scarf from my neck and draped it over the top of my leg to keep it warm. It is kind of like a small portable heating pad! Because it is so portable, I am hoping my wife will use it in our RV to keep warm while we travel. The scarf seems to have a safety of some sort in it as well. I left it on the highest setting while sitting on the couch. I noticed after a long use that the indicator light changed from the highest setting of “red' to the medium setting of “white'. The battery still had plenty of charge in it, but the scarf lowered its setting. I am guessing that this was to make sure that the scarf didn't overheat in any way. This is a quality item that I hope to get use from for years to come.I was provided this item by the company and asked to provide an honest review of it.

I live in Buffalo where it is cold and snows a lot. I was looking for something to keep me warm because hand warmers can only do so much. This scarf was worth the purchase. There are 3 levels (hot, medium, warm). It can be easily worn under a coat, used to relieve a stiff neck, or I even wrapped it around my waist for lower back heat. You can use it as a scarf but also wrap it around any sore or tight body parts to loosen the muscle ache. I am looking forward to using this when I go skiing and it will definitely make brushing snow off my car in the morning a little less miserable!Adding to my review- this comes with a rechargeable battery which keeps the product working. This can also be used if you needed to charge your phone in an emergency. Such a convenient and awesome idea!

Got this scarf mostly for neck pain. But decided to try it on low setting as a scarf when going for a walk - it's just perfect for that as well. My wife started stealing it from me to help with her neck pain almost right away, so ended up getting a second one so I don't have to share. Have had both now for almost half a year and both work really well - charge lasts for a while. I'm one happy customer (well - two if you count my wife).

Great product! It keeps me warm when working outside during winter. Works for my neck pain as well. The battery life is excellent, I have been through 4 cycles and the battery so far has held up. With regular use, a full charge would last me about 4-5 days, It can get really hot so I usually just utilize the lowest heat setting.
