“I selected this to relieve neck pain from strain, etc. - and it absolutely does the job. The fleece material is very cozy, and the heating element rests comfortably in just the right spot (at least for me!).What I hadn't thought about was using this as a scarf when I go outside in cold weather. It is so toasty, and it looks nice - it's not immediately obvious that you are wearing a therapeutic device. It also helps that you can select from 3 heat settings, depending on how strong you want the heat at the moment.”
“This heated neck wrap works pretty well. The material is soft and comfy to the touch. The heated pad is located in the middle of the wrap, so the heat is only around the back of your neck. It is weighted with tourmaline beads in the pad which convert the regular heat into far infrared heat. It is soothing and supposed to penetrate deeper into the skin. It does keep me nice and warm during the cold weather.The neck wrap is powered by an external power back (provided). Simply charge it like you would any USB power bank and then install it in the zipper pocket on the end of the wrap where the power button is located. The button turns the heat on/off and cycles through the 3 available heat levels.The only issue I have with this neck wrap is that the full weight of the power bank tugs on that one end when you are wearing the wrap, so it is lopsided. You'll want to put the other end through the side hole on the opposite end so that it locks the wrap in place around your neck. It is still a little awkward to me.Overall, I'm pretty pleased with this neck wrap. The far infrared heat is nice and soothing although it does take a bit of time to fully heat up. The polar fleece material is soft and cozy. Though it is a little awkward to put on because of the lopsided weight on one end. Anyway, it gets the job done. Worth a consideration.”

“This neck wrap is made of a nice soft fleece material. It includes a power bank, which takes about 5 hours to fully charge via micro usb. This gets warm but not hot - it's probably better to stay warm in the winter than to really soothe sore muscles. The area that heats up is very limited, maybe 6†or so at the back of the neck. Overall it's not a bad product, but it's a little limited in functionality.”
