“Good product until battery quit charging in less than 3 months after purchase. Seller not willing to make it right. Can't even purchase a replacement battery. Don't waste your money!”
“Wonderful product, and spot on! I needed a warm cozy feeling for my early morning hikes… it's worth getting out of the warm bed with this scarf waiting by my door. I love it so much I bought another to give as a gift to a friend who underwent neck surgery. Perfect for cold movie theaters in the summer months when the AC causes her pain. Kudos to the designers of this product!”
“This is a great heating pad (scarf) for your neck! It is soft, portable and very practical when the weather is cold or if you need something warm to put on your sore neck. The heating pad is powered via a small portable battery pack that is charged via an included usb charging cord. The battery does last quite a while and I'm very please with it. I will update this review at a later date to include the average charging and duration times. The battery is stored in a hidden zipper pouch on one end of the heating pad. The battery does not weight that much and is not noticeable when you are wearing the heating pad. There are three heating modes for the heating pad; low, medium and high. You can easily tell which mode you are using by a colored built-in LED on the pad. Each mode also has a built in shut off timer.Overall, I'm very pleased with this product. It is very comfortable and keeps my neck warm during those cold days. It is important to note that the heating elements is only on the center of the heating pad, so only the back of your neck will be warmed. My only complaint is that the heating pad is not that long and you can not twist wrap it around your neck like a traditional scarf. Instead, there is a small insert/pocket for you to keep the heating pad secured on your neck and from falling off.Thank you for reading this review, I hope you found it helpful.”
“A battery powered neck warmer is a good idea (no wires to disconnect before you get up, as opposed to an AC heating pad), and this particular model has several features that enhance its functionality. The battery is about as large as you could use without it being too heavy and pulling the warmer off your neck. The beads around the heating elements help to retain and even out the heat. The three levels of heat allow you to choose what's most appropriate. Personally, I don't feel the lowest setting provides enough warmth, but the other two are effective. It's a bit confusing to set up at first, as the battery has three ports; the smallest micro USB port is used to charge the battery (too bad it's not a USB-C, as those cables are becoming the standard and the included cable is very short). The other two ports are standard USB, and the cable in the pocket is connected to one of those (I don't know if there's a difference in output between the two ports). The USB plug is unusual looking, and you want to make sure to insert it such that the metal strips on the plug come into contact with the pins in the USB port of the battery. It's a simple single control, and the light indicates which level of warmth is active. The fabric is a lightweight fleece, and the warmer should stay around your neck as long as you're not jogging or moving around too vigorously. If you position the warmer such that the control is facing outwards, you can thread the lighter end through the loop on the back. That will help it to stay in place. The battery has a remaining charge indicator that stays constantly lit while the warmer is being used. How long the battery will last is dependent on the heat level you choose. It should certainly last two or three hours unless you have it on the highest heat all the time.”
