“I love the concept of being untethered from a power outlet and also having a heating pat that isn't bulky and focuses on the back of the neck. This is a great device that meets these criteria. For example you can plug the USB into a power pack (it doesn't come with one) and move around freely. The auto shutoff is a nice safety feature. My criticism is the heat output is medium to medium high compared to a traditional heating pad. It's almost but not quite perfect.”
