“When I use the neck warmer at home, it will give me the red, blue and green light settings warmth, but when I use it at work it only gives me the red light setting warmth, which gets hot very quickly and it doesn't shut down automatically. I find that very strange. It serves its purpose when my neck is hurting, and it relieves the pain.”
“I was expecting something would be grip tightly to the back of my neck, but in order to achieve that with this product you either have to lay down on top of it, or constantly press it against your neck with your had.
