“I bought this for my wife for neck pain. It helped her so I bought a second one for me. I did have to purchase some power packs to make it more portable. Only issue I have is the mesh section that allows you to put a cold pack in detracts from the softness of the product. I have also purchased the ice packs that go in the mesh and they work great.”
“It s a vibrating massage folks not a kneading type like most people think which is fine great product. This is the second one of these that I ve bought for my wife who suffers from chronic shoulder and upper back pain. The first one had the same functions but did not extend down the back as far. Unfortunately our new puppy got a hold of the power cord right where it exits the heating pad controls and chewed the wiring up. I attempted to repair the wiring but there wasn t much to work with. It worked for awhile then failed.So I bought the current one on TRAKK a couple of months ago and my wife was very happy with it until the vibration function stopped working the other day. The controls appear to be intact and there s no problem with the power source since the heating function continues to operate.I would of given this product five stars had we not had this problem. “unhappy with product Can t comment whether this product works or not. I am in Australia and the heat pad which has arrived is for use in US only. Have spent 2 hours trying to contact TRAKK US with no result. Will never deal with them again and I am out of pocket by quite a few dollars as it seems there is no return. UNBELIEVABLE”
