“This product charges via a USB port. It does not get hot enough and loses heat quickly. It is well made and wraps around a neck well. If it plugged into a wall socket, it would be a great product. I returned mine.”

“I'm a naturally cold person so any heating pads I tend to love any, but one that has been hard for me to find is one for my neck so I was excited to see this guy. It came packaged just fine with no defects that I could see. In the box, you get the wrap and a rechargeable battery. It charges via micro USB (blegh but can work around it) and didn't take too awful long to charge. The wrap is nice and soft, has a pouch for the battery, and has some weighted beads where it heats up on your neck. After charging and wrapping it around my neck I turned it on and let the heating begin. It is wonderful to have this heat on my neck I absolutely love this heating pad 5 stars no notes.”
