“After having surgery on my cervical spine area, I found heat reduces pain. The biggest problem I had was trying to use a regular size heating pad on my neck. This heating pad fits perfectly.1. Has three heat settings2. Auto shut off, which is absolutely essential to protect from overheating or accidental overuse3. Portable, can also be used in your car while traveling4. It is wired, so I use my power pack slipped into my pocket. That allows me to walk around while wearing it.5. Nice long cord, must be plugged into USB or a power pack like I do6. Soft velour fabric and has a pocket for a ice pack.I have only used it for heat, but I am so very pleased. I highly recommend, it is so worth the cost!!”

“Mas expectativas que una buena realidad. Es un producto que definitivamente crea muchas expectativas pero la realidad es que no se ajusta a la espalda a menos que te sientes en un sill�n y te recargues el masaje solo lo da en la parte de los omoplatos en dos intensidades diferentes y el calor a los hombros no llega si le subes mucho la intensidad llega a arder la espalda y apenas los sientes en los hombros y si sientes c�modo el calor entonces no sientes ni la vibraci�n ni el calor en estas partes (hombros). Los materiales son de muy buena calidad pero por lo dem�s creo que no es como lo promueven.”
