My back pain actually diabetic nerve ending pain requires me to use this unit nearly non-stop during waking hours (product recommends giving it 50% rest periods). I replace it nearly once a year as motors wear out bearings scream unbearably. TRAKK happily recently replaced a unit which had the on switch fail after two days.
