“I have a lot of neck/shoulder pain. This neck wrap heats up nicely and I like the cordless feature. Flexible enough to conform to neck. Battery seems to last for a few 2 hour sessions. I wish the heating pad area was a little larger. No charger included.”
“This is a good product. The heat output is strong and it will stay heated longer than those kinds that you microwave. The fabric is soft and comfy and not likely to show the dirt. It is easy to use. It is plenty long.....about 42". If I could improve this item I would like it to have more of its length used for the heating element. Although it is quite long (42") only about 8" of that length has the beads that heat up. ( Its in the center. ) I would love to wrap it around my shoulder too but that part doesn't heat.”
“This is such a waste of money. I'm very disappointed at this purchase. The pad is not very hot and only lasts for 10 minutes after fully charged every single time. I would not recommend it!!”
