We purchased this item for my husband following rotator cuff surgery. The muscle simulator used on him at the post-op therapist appointments truly seem to offer relief and they suggested he purchase one. It was a wonderful suggestion and it is really helped him on the tough days. A good purchase at a very reasonable cost.

thing is very small, but its functions are quite complete. I can't wait to use it when I receive it. It feels good and full of strength. I first used a small gear to increase the strength. After the massage, I relieved a lot of pain.

This was a great investment considering I had Sciatica issues. I recently had surgery and I use it from time to time. I would recommend this to anyone with aches and pains. It is compact and very effective.

This is the one you should get! Okay, if you have achy muscles from working in the yard or working too hard at your job and your shoulder hurts, your knee is killing you - whatever it is, put a pair (or four) pads on/around the area, pick your mode/intensity plus time and let the unit help you feel better. I have had to play with pad placement since I'm not an expert at this, but for me, having an extremely painful right shoulder from years of typing/working on a computer that led to carpal tunnel syndrome...and instead of surgery, I deal with the little bit of pain until a weather change makes it a BIG bit of pain and that's when I break out the TENS unit. One pad on my back, one pad on my front right about where the pain hits me and I pick a fairly even mode and medium intensity for 15 minutes, then, if the pain is still about the same, I up the intensity and try another 15 minutes. That usually works for me, but sometimes it takes a little while to find the mode/intensity as well as placement that works well for you. Don't give up! This TENS unit will help with the pain without drugs and that's the best thing for each of us - fewer drugs in our system. Try it - it will help!

My mother had a stroke around two months ago causing her right side to partially paralysed, This have left her with limited moment and swelling due to the lack of circulation. Recently with rehabilitation she has slowly been able to do small movements so her joints are stiff due to the lack of movement and has left her in some pain. To help with the stiffness we need to massage her in the same style as the 1st mode on this tens machine. Thankfully this machine helps tackle that and the pain so win win. It's definitely worth asking the rehabilitation team or gp of you intend to use this in the way we have. This comes with a leaflet explaining how it helps and where to use so you can target the correct place. The pads stay on without any issue and don't pull at the skin or hairs when you take them off. This tens machine is so small but that doesn't affect the job it's there to do.Lots of options to choose from.Took awhile to get to grips with how to use it but that's just me. Can the setting to get the correct amount of pain relief or massage so you don't feel uncomfortable. You can also set different times amount that go up by 10 minutes each time. The display screen is small so could be an issue for anyone with poor sight like my mother. They is a countdown clock so you can see how long you have left.Overall I would definitely recommend this Tens machine as it reasonably priced and helps with stiffness, pain. Definitely also recommend speaking with the gp if you have other conditions like we did to be on the safe side. Not recommend for anyone with a pacemaker or similar devices as this could interfere with it
