“I had purchased this because after being on my feet all day at work, I needed something to help alleviate the heel pain. I really do love the foot spa, YES you do need to add water that is hot to warm (however hot you can handle ) add a little Epson salt and your feet will feel like they have entered heaven. Don't be swayed by some of the reviews this is well worth it . Just please remember that the foot spa does NOT heat the water it will keep the water temp at whatever temperature of water you put into it.”

To start, I filled two large (around 32oz) of cold water, then half a karafe of boiling water. It stayed hot for a while & eventually warm enough for about 15 minutes, enough time to do what I needed. I mainly bought this during the time of COVID-19 since a professional pedi wasn't an option. Wasn't looking for something with bubbles, heavy vibration, or heating, just needed something to keep the water warm enough so that I could do a proper pedicure!”
