“I bought this for my great niece for Christmas she likes doing pedicures so not sure how it is . But I didn't like the way the package came it was damage the the guy td me he could take it back he made a note of it . I was afraid it would be cracked or broke bc of the damaged to the box it comes in the original box not TRAKK . I can't wrap the gift in the box bc it was torn so glad it wasn't broke or cracked hope my great niece will love it”
“I purchased one of these a couple of months ago. Right out of the box the warming mechanism for the water didn't work so I asked to return it and receive a replacement. Weeellll, that one doesn't work either. I wouldnt recommend this product to anyone.”

“This works as advertised. The heating element is only supposed to keep the water warmed and not hot. I just put hot water in it to begin with and it is not an issue. The vibration it puts off is gentle. My only issue is that the box came very damaged, which would have sucked if it was a gift for someone.”
“It does a little vibration thing. It's not the most elaborate. Its good for a daily foot soak. Again it does say heat and it is not heat. I still purchased just to have good soaking machine.”
