“It has a very gentle vibration, it doesn't keep the water warm or hot as advertised (water cools just as fast as if it were in any container) and the purple "massager" in the middle is worthless. It's too hard and doesn't massage in any way. You're better off to just buy a large plastic container at a much cheaper price and soak your feet. This one just looks prettier.”
“This is my 2nd unitIn both cases I was wondering why they even mention "heat"?I cannot feel any heat.How long must I wait before I can feel the heat coming on?Am I possibly being misled, and the power used to vibrate is really the ONLY thing heating the water?On the bottom is says "10 Watts". Surely, the vibration alone needs that much power.So is there really a "HEATER"?Why not just use a non-vibrating washtub?”

“Super relaxing, if you use hot water it holds the heat for about 10-15 minutes. However, it does not heat the water that's a marketing gimic. It's a GREAT relaxing bath and the vibration really does help soothe tired feet!! The only thing is that the vibration is fairly loud so just bear that in mind.”
“When you come home from work and nothing sounds so good as sitting on your couch with a magazine or your smartphone and a social news feed and your tootsies relaxing and unwinding in a nice hot footbath.. This is what you want. Generally 10-15 minutes is plenty before my feet start going the way of the raisin so this isnt a huge deal, however, I did notice that while the bumps are cozy, the button is easy to reach with your feet and the color is pleasant.. the heater does not seem to put off a lot of heat. I considered that the heating element might be broken on it but since I pour hot water in there to start with it wasn't too big an issue for me. Still, if it says heat then heat should be there. 4 stars for lack of heat or maybe just a weak heater. Either way not going to bother returning it. I already used it. Thanks.”
