“I used this once and it quit working. TRAKK doesn't back up their warranties with Asurion. TRAKK wouldn't refund it even with a protection plan. They hurried up and canceled the protection plan and told me to call the manufacturer. But the manufacturer will replace it.”
“The product doesn't heat the water. It says so in the instructions in the box. Yet in the product's name says it heats water. The TRAKK product description says this false claim too... Returning it.”
