“The box arrived completely beaten up. I haven't tried it because it was supposed to be a present for someone but I'm not sure what I'm gonna do since I can't give her this mess. May just have to rebox it and pray that it actually functions properly.”

“So this product only retains the heat of hot water added, however doesn't keep warm for long. It's very noisy, but it does it's vibrating job, it's definitely stronger than my previous one.It sure does relax my feet and I'm happy and content with that.”
“I wasn't expecting miracles, and it works better than what I was using previously. The other reviews are completely correct when they say the vibration is loud. It quieted some when I took off the purple top, that didn't really seem to serve a purpose anyway. I don't know if it is supposed to snap into place, but it didn't. I used mine on carpet, and even with the rubber footings it has, it was still too loud to use once my kid was in bed.I started with quite warm water, so I can't say for sure if the button that says Heat actually heats. I would have to guess no, because it didn't look all that substantial as to have a heating element.The little pinpoint massager thing is quite uncomfortable. I was hoping it would be more of a rubberized thing, but no, it's hard plastic.I'm completely underwhelmed. If I found a better inexpensive option, I'm sure I would return this within a heartbeat.”
