“I like to warm up mine in the microwave but my mom and my mother in law both like to put theirs in the freezer. They have both said how much they enjoy theirs and my mother in law bought one for my sister in law. I like it, it's comforting, but I'm not a fan of the herbal smell.”
“I really like the design of this product. The weight is evenly distributed and it stays in place nicely. Feels so good on my neck. If you are looking for a stong lavender scent you'll be disappointed. It smells like faintly of lavender flowers but it's not strong. If you follow the heating instructions you shouldn't have any problems. It stays warm for about 20 minutes but that's the max time most medical professionals recommend anyway. If you want longer, just heat it again. I haven't tried it cold. I would definitely buy this again, and plan to buy a couple for gifts.”

“A bought this original for shoulder and neck pain. Which it is only ok for. It loses heat very fast so it doesn't have time to work much. But its soothing. Wonderful smell. I have found it a great use for anxiety. The weight of it feel like a weighted blanket almost and is very comforting. Doesn't do too much for the pain but does help relax so I'm still very happy with this purchase.”
