“I like the fact that it retains heat well, smells good and is very comfortable to use. My feedback is that when used as a cold wrap, it loses the cold fairly quickly. Otherwise, it's great to have around the house when you need it.”

“I really love this neck/upper shoulder heater. I pop it in the microwave and get instant "heat relief" for tight muscles... There is one small detail, that I didn't like and that is that the "channels" between the "bead pockets" were not sewn all the way from one edge to the other and the beads shift... constantly! I happen to sew, so I took care of redistributing the beads and sewing the channels shut... But, really? This should be done by the company... because not everyone sews!”
“I like the weight of this, but that's about it. I could t seem to get it hot enough and the smell is overwhelming. I do love earthy smells but this is overpowering. I also wanted heat for my neck and this mostly just helped the upper back/shoulars.”
“Love the shape! I have neck issues and this is amazing to have something that sits right where you need it. Gets nice and hot. Heat only lasts about 20-30 mins, but shouldn't have it on much longer than that anyway. It gets nice and cold in the freezer too, but takes longer and I personally didn't like it cold. The scent is very strong, not a bad scent but strong and it sticks with you even after removing the wrap. And the scent only releases with heat. Overall this is a great product.”
