“I love the softness of this. It is mildly weighted, which can be a plus, but not always comfy, depending on what hurts. I love piece that designed to come up around my neck itself. When I want heat on my neck, it's thinner, and doesn't stay too hot (a plus for the neck), and when I want cold on my neck, I can tuck a narrow ice pack between the collar and my neck, still leaving the shoulders very warm, which is the most helpful thing, as it softens those tight shoulder muscles pull on my neck, which icing the arthritic area of the neck itself.”
“This is an interesting product and it works to some degree because of the weight. That helps to position it over the painful area and the weight itself tends to ease the pain. I wish it were longer in the back. And it takes a good two and a half minutes to get it hot enough to be affective. Still I think it is probably better than many other products that are similar. And it will serve its purpose… Hopefully. When in pain, one will try just about anything!”

“It ices well, as the pebbles in it or whatever are very cooling, but the soft cushioning of the material of the ice pack prevents perfect cooling, as the ice pack holds in the cold rather than dispense it perfectly and evenly like other ice packs. You cannot move the pebbles around like you can in gel ice packs, which is the overall downside of this product.”
