“My husband experiences neck and back pain regularly due to pretty severe scoliosis that was never addressed as a kid. I mean, you'd never know it to look at him but he's had doctors and x-ray techs surprised with how bad it is. Due to this we're always on the lookout for relief for him. Personally, I find this neck wrap cumbersome and a lil large. However, it works for him very well as he's pretty broad with much bigger shoulders than me. He's used it both cold and warm and says it works pretty well either way, and it's heavy enough that it doesn't slide off. He doesn't care for the smell of lavender and it does smell strongly, but not overwhelmingly so, of lavender so that is a minus for him. However, he keeps using it, several times a week, so it helps. It seems to be well made also as we've had no seam rips or tears in the fabric. All in all this is one more useful tool in helping alleviate some of his daily pain so was worth the money.”
“I am a Yoga instructor and therapist. I believe in the power of using sandbags and weighted blankets! This is a great product because it calms the traps and smells wonderful. The design makes it awesome for using around the house and as you do chores. So many of us store tension in our neck and shoulders, especially with all of the computer work we now do. This product rocks. I love that it can also be microwaved! I will move this wrap all around- from my hips, chest, and shoulders. “this is a great item if used with care. the listing suggests the colar will hold upright against the neck.. it wont. i dont know how hot you like your product but i SUGGEST YOU BE VERY CAREFUL AND TEST HOW LONG YOU INSERT INTO A MICROWAVE as it will burn you if kept in too long. just the difference between a minute or two longer can be enough to go from comfort to pain and damage to your skin....”

“This is very nicely made - good quality. I recommend this to anyone who has shoulder and neck tightness from working over a computer a lot. Working from home during the COVID pandemic has been miserably uncomfortable for me as I don't have an ideal work desk/chair set up and since I don't work from home very often I'm not about to spend the money for all that. This item feels heavy when you first put it over your shoulders and get it tucked up your neck, but the warmth (if you heat it) quickly relaxes you and you soon don't feel the weight of it. I don't recommend walking around in it if you have the slightest neck problems; it does tend to pull down with gravity when you walk. Take it off and put it back on when you sit down. I warm in the microwave for 1 minute then flip it over and warm 45 more secs. The warmth lasts a long time, especially when you're on the coach relaxing back into the cushions : ). Also, if you're familiar with weighted blankets, I recommend this. This applies the same soothing principle to ease anxiety, but unlike big blankets, you can warm it up! Overall, very pleased!”
“The wrap is very soft and it heats up well.The smell was really strong at first but it's not so bad anymore.The one thing I don't like is the way it's stitched.The tall part is good. There's good bead distribution so you get more even heat and it's more comfortable.The rest of it has way too big of channels and compartments that there's nothing on top of my shoulders.All of them are piled up in the bottom so it's all lumpy and uncomfortable to lean back on the couch or in bed.So the areas that need the heat the most aren't getting it.”
“I carry a lot of stress in my neck & shoulders. I use this to help relieve neck pain. It love it! It's soft, easy to use, & covers a large area. This is the 2nd one I've had. I made the mistake of microwaving the other one to long & it created a hole with the insides spilling out. Make sure you follow the microwave instructions for a lasting product!”
