TRAKK Comfort Weighted Hot Nec Reviews

4.1 Rating 190 Reviews
Love using this weighted neck wrap at the computer when I wake with a stiff neck or tension headache or put in an extra-long day. Easy to heat and holds warmth for a decent amount of time. The lavender scent is pretty strong - I love it, but if you're not into lavender it may be too much. All in all, very happy with this purchase!

I got this for my mom for Christmas! She loves it! She says that it's easy to use. My mom has Parkinson's and said it really helps her neck from the strain.

A bit misleading as it doesn't stand up around the neck as shown. It doesn't cover the back of my shoulders as described. It can be used frozen or heated in the micro and stays warm for a long time z

Great product for relieving neck pain. Easy to microwave for warmth, adjusts easily for comfort around neck, weighted stays in place.

Got this for me and my husband's neck pain. It helps a lot. The smell is so pleasant, and it wraps and stays around your neck due to the weighted filling. The weight also adds to the relief. You can walk around with it. Glad I bought this!

While it is pleasant feeling to wear, I can't stand to have it on for more than 30 minutes because the scent is overpowering and more chemical than lavender. Everybody in my household hates the smell too so I've been leaving it out every day to get rid of the stench. Day 7, still reeks. Here's hoping it goes away soon because everything else about it feels great.

I ADORE this! Smells great. I have a herniated disc in my neck and torn rotator cuffs. I am in constant pain. I've purchased many items to give me relief. This is the one and only! Sometimes I can actually fall asleep while using it. What a gem. I'll continue to use it after my neck surgery, for my shoulders. The wrap is designed like a Cape. It goes up my neck, down to my shoulder blades in the back, and covers my upper arms. I wish there was even a bigger one! It's so comforting.I heat it in my microwave according to directions, not exceeding ONE MINUTE and TWENTY SECONDS on each side! Take off any necklaces because you can burn your neck.I'm on my neck wrap right now. I inadvertently heated it too long 2 days ago. It burned and the beads fell out.My fault! I immediately ordered another one and thankfully, only had to live one day without it.

Pros:-- Velvety soft-- Pleasant (non-floral) scent. I actually love the smell.-- Comfortable to wear as a heat pack.-- Retains heat ok given the natural limitations of this kind of wrap. I wouldn't say great since I definitely notice a significant decrease in heat within 10 minutes of taking it out of the microwave. But it does stay "warm" for some time.-- 3 lb weight seems about right. I'm 5'1" and 120 lbs and the weight helps to keep my shoulders relaxed while not feeling heavy.Cons:-- There are 2 sections to it. The section that wraps around the neck is stitched enough to keep the beads evenly distributed. However, there's only partial stitching on the shoulder section so the beads bunch up and I have to re-distribute them which is a bit cumbersome. Wish they had just sewn full stitches in both sections.-- I had one from another company and it draped further down over the shoulders so provided more coverage at the back and sides.-- Fabric can melt in the microwave. I've microwaved this pad about 3 dozen times with no issues, all for the same amount of minutes. Then one day, I did the same and a 1" slit of fabric had melted, resulting in a hole. Luckily, I caught it early so not a ton of beads fell out. I used a heavy duty clip to just clip the hole closed and it's holding ok. This happened with the last wrap I had (from a different company), so I don't necessarily blame the manufacturer. I assume I left it too long in the microwave and it may have slowly compromised that area over time -- I don't really know.
