This pain is usually due to repetitive type movements while performing their jobs.I like to use different types of interventions as some clients prefer one over others so I try to use different intervention approaches.I find this roller to be easy to use. I use it mainly to loosen up tight muscles before doing manual massage. The majority of the clients I have used it on have liked it. The others who don't particularly like it have something else they prefer me using on them.I don't use it directly over the skin but over cluwnt's clothing. Since the ball is metal it gets cold so that would be something to keep in mind when using on bare skin.Overall I do like this roller. I would recommend.”
“I've got several of the ice globes that usually come in pairs. This is the same idea, but you only get one, it's quite large, and it rolls back and forth instead of side to side. So I think it's better suited for the body although you could still use it on your face. The handle didn't really get in the way, and all the edges are rounded, so I was able to manage. These roller balls have a liquid inside, and thy are cool even at room temperature. They feel great. This came in a sealed box. I think $21.99 is slightly overpriced for one metal and plastic massager, but there's a 15% off coupon today.”
“I use this cold on my sore muscles after a workout. It hurts so good! Haha. I feel like it speeds up the recovery. Have not tried it hot just cold, we pop it in the freezer and it's lasts a few hours cold.”

“At the end of the day my lower back muscles are inflamed. I ordered this bc a friend uses these in her spa for massages. Freeze, add a non comedogenic body oil and have your honey roll out your inflammation. I still take tylenol but not as often. The stainless steel roller is large and comfortable to hold. Takes my sore aches and pains from an 8 to about a 3 and that's fantastic in my book. I love it. I'm ordering another so he can do both sides of my back at once lol.
