“Well, the short review is this: the entire family loves this thing. It really is a great little massage tool. We don't really worry much about heating or cooling the ball, but did try it and it worked pretty well. It's the roller action though that gives the most release and relaxation. And thankfully it feels pretty durable because it's already getting *a lot* of use. At around 20 bucks, it's honestly a pretty good value - which is good because I'm probably going to have to buy another 1 or 2 to go around.”
“This is one of the best massage tools I've ever purchased, and I have tried just about everything because I have adipose tissue disorders. My disorders causes fibrosis to set in in numerous areas of my body, skin, muscles, connective tissue. The only way I can fight back is with massage.I love this tool in particular because it is sturdy (can withstand strong pressure), doesn't pinch skin or catch my hair, allows me to more easily massage difficult areas like the backs of my upper arms and thighs, and it can be used over clothing without snagging or bunching up what I'm wearing. I can pick it up at any time of day to spot-treat areas of discomfort. The fact that it can be used hot or cold is a plus, but it's extremely effective just as is.I don't review much anymore, but this product is just so good I wanted to let everyone know.”
