“I use the peanut to massage between my shoulder blades ( back against a door) and move up and down to roll it. The hedgehog is awesome for my feet. Highly recommend.”
“I don't know if this is intentional or not, I've never used these peanut shaped "rollers" before, but it has two sides which are flatter than the other two, making it not conducive to actually rolling. It rolls a bit, then thump it bottoms out. You have to push it hard in either direction because now, instead of rolling evenly like a well rounded roller does, it has to "climb" up hill as you are technically raising its center of gravity by rolling onto its oblong extended side, that peaks, and thump again as it bottoms out on the opposite flat side. This gets 3 stars only because I really wanted the small grey ball, which I had been seeking out for a while now -- this specific size and firmness. It is quite firm, too firm for some people who are less experienced with this level of pressure. I like to warm up on the larger colored squishy spiked balls, work my way down in size, and then finish with this really firm ball.I was excited to try the peanut and see if I could use it in my routine, but its worthless like this. If it were the only product, it'd get 1 star, but the grey ball is exactly what I wanted, and it's a 5 star, so the average is 3. Even though I feel like docking a star for the disappointment, I'm being generous.”
“Love these. The small ball works really well when my plantar fasciitis is really bad. I use the red peanut shaped one throughout the day. I highly recommend.”
