“Because of Covid we must practice yoga outside - sometimes on a concrete patio - so most of the regulars in our group have purchased these knee pads . Love them!”
“These can only be used for activities where you do not move at all--which is no exercise ever. Even dropping down into Child's Pose causes them to scoot forward. I wouldn't even attempt a Down Dog. Serious injury would be imminent. I will be returning. I am totally baffled by the reviews that say they are using them for yoga practice--it's as if they are reviewing a different product.”
“These knee pads are great! I use them for yoga and barre class and they do a great job of cushioning my knees and my hands too. They work well to cushion the hands/wrists during pushups or down dog when there is a lot of weight resting on them. Great product with a very reasonable price. Works just as well as the very expensive gel pads in my experience.”
“The surface of these pads don't gel with yoga pants. Thought these would relieve pressure only realizing I was fighting to not slip off them when I was trying to do a camel pose. They would definitely work good if you had shorts on instead. I'm going to McGyver the surface somehow to make these work, though.”
“Excellent! These are nice and thick and soft. I have another brand (more expensive) that is thinner and harder. I am very happy with these and would absolutely buy them again. Good value and good product.”
