TRAKK Vibration Handheld Perso Reviews

3.8 Rating 100 Reviews
I had to return this. Some of the heads worked ok on my legs and lower back bit over all this massager was just so jackhammery. When I put it to my shoulders and neck, my eyeballs would shake, my teeth would chatter, it was not relaxing. It would benefit from a rotating feature instead of just such an intense pulse.

I originally purchased this massager for Christmas in 2019. I used it all the time...it is awesome for pain relief and for relaxing your muscles when they feel tight (especially before bed). Almost a year afterward the massager stopped working correctly. I was super disappointed! I reached out the company and they replaced the malfunctioning massager without a problem. It's a great massager and they have some awesome customer service for if something does go wrong!

I don't know if I'm using this wrong or if other people get way more satisfaction but this wasn't what I was expecting. The heads are plastic and kind hurt. I have adjust the strength and type of vibration but damn sometimes I can feel my teeth rattle. For the price I guess it pretty good. I definitely don't regret buying it but like I said, I just was thinking it would be different. The battery life on this thing is amazing though. The thing hardly ever needs to charge and there are a lot of options with speed and vibration.

I bought this 2 1/2 years ago and rechargeable battery appears to have stopped working. And unfortunately, the warranty expires 6 months after purchase. It was a decent massager (for the price) when it worked in terms of functions and if you have trigger points/knots to work out. Mine was used minimally, maybe an average of a couple of times a week, if at all. Another downside is that the attachments are made of hard plastic, and it would have been nice if they were made of a softer material, like a rubber type material or had something like a tennis ball covering on the massager points of contact. We were disappointed that it stopped working and now we have to put it in the landfill and can't replace or return it.

Update: The seller emailed me to correct the issue. They rushed me a new one and kept following up to make sure I was satisfied with the product. A service. The new one did shut off just like the old one on the pulse setting but the other settings work fine and it is helping my planters fasciitis a lot.Old ReviewI liked the percussion message initially. I got it today and used it til it needed to be charged. However, after charging it for approximately 4 hrs I began using it again and it died after 2 or 3 minutes. I put it back on the charger until it turned green. I've had to repeat this process three times now, so I'm returning this.

This is a very sturdy massager. First of all, the battery life is very good. Second, for my low back and hip pain, it has been quite beneficial. It loosens up the area, breaks up the pain, and increases range of motion after moving it around 5 to 10 minutes. The only drawback for me is that I need my husband to do it for me because I can only reach behind me for so long. It is a very handy item to have if you have any kind of pain on your body.

I absolutely love this massager. The battery life is outstanding, one charge goes a long way. I have done my entire body from top to bottom and there is still battery life left for the next time. Even though it's cordless the massage and quality is very good. I don't know what kind of batteries are in this thing but it is as good as my corded massagerAs an ultra runner I get very sore from training, and this gives me options for a deep tissue massage, a pulsating massage and much more. I also get neck aches from an old injury and I can put the massager on low at first and then increase the pressure to get deeper into the neck pain. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Seems I was one of the 10% with a defective unit. Arrived brand new with the Mode button not working. I was let down. It was so disappointing compared to my expectations.I almost feel as if it is a scam but I guess a lot of new units are not as advertised. Sad.OK, not a scam. I wrote my one star review and the company sent me another massager with no effort on my part. The item is as advertised. RENPHO made the one star review, regarding a broken unit, good by following through on their warranty. While I'm not going to award five stars, I will say that the product is exactly what I ordered and my expectations were fulfilled. The company clearly cares about the customer. Thank you.
