“Ive had it for about a month and a half. Great battery life, mother uses almost daily. Although It just stopped charging, one day just stopped. Red light on but no charge. Bummer its the only problem. Will look return. Might be a defective one but need a replacement asap.Update: nephew came over and pushed the “off' and “on' buttons simultaneously, says he reset it! OMG it worked! So far that did, using currently.”
“Do not buy this product renpho massager it will stop charging and not recharge and they will not replace it just send you chargers that do not fit! I tried for days to email them and TRAKK, renpho just sends out a charger then ignores all your others emails. I took video pictures ect to prove it as they requested but then they just don't care.”

“Everything I wanted and more. The intensity is amazing. The attachments are outstanding. And being cordless is icing on the cake. So when I first used it I thought it was really good, but when I discovered the different settings... my, my, my. I'm going to order a second one for the house because I don't want to share mine. It has taken away the pain in my hip/buttocks area so fast that I didn't have enough time to enjoy the (hurt so good feeling) that comes with massaging deep into a painful area. This thing has got some weight to it, but it's not excessive.I wouldn't recommend this for lower back pain though because it is hard to reach that area with this tool and with enough pressure. Not because it's poorly designed, I think it served its purpose as a hand held, but I got this specifically for back pain and I should have gotten one that is flat that I can put in a chair or something.Still not effecting the stars because the products is quality.”
“I had bought the gun-shaped vibrator that broke after 3mo so I went back to the old standard wand shape. It's just as I remembered...it's got an average cycle...just good enough for a light massage. The battery does die down after about 30min...but it recharges quickly. So...durability equals a successful massager.”
